Micki Fine offers mindfulness-based interventions and teaches
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in groups or to individuals
in a variety of settings. Her services include:
Psychotherapy utilizing mindfulness. Specialties include trauma, anxiety
and depression.
Eight week meditation
classes - Stress and Chronic Pain Reduction Using Mindfulness
Meditation.
One-on-one training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction tailored
to individuals’ needs and time schedule.
Specially tailored corporate stress reduction classes.
Ongoing mindfulness programs to
provide follow-up and facilitate growth of participants’ mindfulness
practices.
