Ongoing Support Graduate Course In our graduate course we will refine and deepen mindfulness through periods of mindfulness meditation and exploring the practice of holding our emotions with a caring attention so we can learn and grow. Typically we struggle to change our emotional states by pushing away what we don't want and grasping for what we would like thus causing further suffering. We will explore these reactions, our beliefs about emotions, and cultivate befriending them in the midst of our ever-changing experience.
