Drop-in Meditation Group - 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.

This group is open to people of all levels of practice. It is not a class but an opportunity to deepen your practice or give it a jump start, by practicing with others. Click here for details and loctation.

Day of Mindfulness - 10:00 - 4:00 p.m.

A day of extended practice and silence which can deepen and strengthen mindfulness practice.  The meditations will have enough guidance to allow people of all levels of meditation practice to attend.

Overnight mindfulness retreats at the Villa de Matel - These retreats last from Friday morning through Sunday morning and are periods of extended silence and meditation.  One retreat is from 1/16/09 through 1/18/09 and the other is from 7/10/09 through 7/12/09.  Please click here to ask questions.
