At Mindful Living, we are dedicated to sharing the gifts of mindfulness in the greater Houston area. As on-going support for your mindfulness practice we offer several meditation groups for graduates of our MBSR courses or other mindfulness training throughout the year.  In addition to these groups, we offer retreats and various daylong workshops.

We encourage you to continue exploring mindfulness and find a group, retreat or event that helps you deepen your commitment to living with greater awareness, ease, and compassion.
