Her intention is to create a warm, supportive space that helps
people to feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and
feelings. Mindfulness is the basis for her therapeutic
services. Healthy, positive change results from being able to experience what
is happening in the current moment. When you know where you are, you begin to
know where you really want to go. Acceptance opens the door to healing. She
will collaborate with you to help you open to your inner resources through
cultivating mindful awareness and compassion.
Micki holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and is licensed as a professional counselor. She has a long-standing meditation practice through which she has refined the mindfulness techniques and tools. She can help you overcome difficult, seemingly overwhelming feelings, obstacles, and thoughts by equipping you with a variety of these practical mindfulness tools and strategies.
